Arkhangelsk region represented by the regional youth center and the regional Ministry on Youth Affairs and Sport visited the Norwegian Tromsø.

This was a return visit within an international project “Cooperation development and organization of study visits for specialists and youth representatives from Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, and Tromsø”.

The Arkhangelsk delegation visited centers for youth work, and discussed the agreement between the Arkhangelsk Region Government and the Troms County Council.

During the meeting the parties also signed a protocol on cooperation between youth centers of the Arkhangelsk region and Troms County (Tvibit).

— This exchange of specialists is undoubtedly a new stage of work of the regional youth center, because Tvibit is considered the most innovational youth center in Norway, – Elena Dotsenko, Arkhangelsk Region Minister on Youth Affairs and Sport, commented.
